Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams to optimize equipment uptime and material flow.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating production staff.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience.
