ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, directing them to appropriate staff or resources within the office.
Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the correct individuals or departments as needed.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about State Farm services, policies, and procedures to clients and visitors.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
Customer Relations: Develop positive relationships with clients by addressing their questions and concerns, striving to provide an excellent customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to support their needs and enhance office productivity.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and ability to interact well with a diverse range of people.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work on-site at our Holland, Michigan location.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations.
