As an Office Admin, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Williamsburg, MI
Pay Range: $20 to $23 per hour

- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company with courtesy and respect.
- Respond to emails, calls, and messages within 24 hours, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Keep calendars, schedules, and task lists up to date daily, managing competing demands efficiently.
- Double-check all documents, data entries, and reports for accuracy, following company templates and standards.
- Support team members by sharing information openly, assisting with workload increases, and contributing to team goals.
