Hiring Manufacturing Associates

Location: Evansville, Wyoming

Pay: $18/hr

Shifts:

• 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule) Nights : 7 PM – 7 AM
• Grinder roles: Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Job Summary:

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates to support conduit production and packaging. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and production experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect final products using standard tools and measuring devices
• Ensure conduit is wrapped evenly and neatly around reels
• Cut conduit using basic hand tools and select power tools
• Verify packaging and labeling before final inspection
• Maintain quality standards and identify basic abnormalities
• For grinder roles: load scrap into large mixing machines (no handheld grinders used)

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around machinery
• Familiarity with machine operation, packaging, and basic hand tool

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
