The Shelby Design Center is seeking a highly-motivated full-time flooring sales associate. We are a retail Design Center that specializes in all types of flooring. We also offer window treatments, wallpaper, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting and home decor. Sales experience preferred, experience in flooring not necessary- we are willing to train.

Pay is hourly plus commission along with monthly team sales bonuses. Opportunity for advancement. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 60 days of employment. Life insurance, Short-term & Long-term disability and Simple Ira contribution match also available after eligibility period.

Retail hours are Monday- Friday 9 am- 7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm (8 hour shifts and rotating weekends with weekly day off). Closed on holidays. Must have valid drivers license. Background check required. 50170 Van Dyke Ave Shelby Township, Michigan 48317
