What You'll Be Doing:

Guiding members through the mortgage application process.
Conducting pre-qualification interviews and preparing loan packages.
Communicating lending policies and guidelines.
Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone and other methods.
Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Collaborating with branch teams to increase mortgage loan growth.
Providing exceptional member service and cross-selling relevant products.
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in mortgage origination, banking, or lending.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in computer software applications.
NMLS licensure is a plus.
