Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring manufacturability and smooth ramp-up.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling design, fixture development, and plant layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or automation
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
