Job Title: Armenian AI Data Trainer - Remote
Location: Remote Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Armenian-speaking Linguistic Quality Assurance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality in AI training data. In this role, you will combine linguistic expertise with quality assurance leadership to maintain consistency, accuracy, and clarity in Armenian-language content used for AI model development.

You will work closely with global teams to evaluate outputs, guide contributors, and uphold linguistic and stylistic standards across all training materials.

Quality Assurance Review

• Conduct regular quality checks on AI training outputs in Armenian
• Identify inconsistencies, guideline gaps, and linguistic errors
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to contributors
• Escalate quality issues when necessary to ensure alignment with standards

Communication Coordination

• Communicate updates, task changes, and project guidelines via internal channels (e.g., Discord)
• Respond to contributor questions in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain alignment between trainers, QA reviewers, and project leads

Activation Performance Management

• Monitor contributor activity and engagement levels
• Proactively reach out to inactive contributors to identify issues and improve participation
• Support sustained engagement and productivity within the QA community

Documentation Process Improvement

• Create, update, and maintain essential documentation including:
  • Style guides
  • QA trackers
  • FAQs
  • Evaluation rubrics and honeypots
• Continuously improve documentation clarity and usability

Onboarding Training

• Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new contributors
• Ensure trainers and QA reviewers fully understand guidelines and expectations
• Provide ongoing training support and clarification when needed

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Linguistics, Communication, Journalism , or a related field
• Exceptional command of written Armenian , including grammar, syntax, and style (formal, neutral, conversational)
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for documentation and team communication
• Experience in LLM training, QA, or language quality roles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic and structural issues
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of quality outcomes
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Prior experience in AI data training or model evaluation projects
• Experience in leadership or coordination roles within QA or linguistic teams
• Familiarity with structured annotation or guideline-based workflows
• Experience working with distributed, remote teams
