As a Security Site Operations Manager – Oversees physical Security Operations by developing strategies, implementing policies, managing Security staff and responding to incidents to protect assets and personnel. Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, Management and external partners.

Responsibilities for Operations Manager:

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Training, Supervising and evaluating Security Personnel.
• Managing schedules and perfomance reviews
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a Security team.
• Must be available for any situations.
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Operations Manager:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide proof of Resume with Management Qualifications.
• 3-5 plus years of Security management in a Industrial site settings.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Experience in working in a union environment.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
