Headquartered in Novi, Michigan, Quality Choice|CDMA, is a privately held wholesaler that provides over 1,000 private-label over-the-counter products for health, beauty, and wellness using our trademarked brand name Quality Choice. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team temporarily to assist with a customer outreach project.

This is a part-time, temporary position in which the Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers to support the company’s business development goals.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prospecting calls, from a predetermined list, to identify interest in Quality Choice.
• Introducing Quality Choice to potential customers.
• Documenting sales call.
• Communicating back to the manager feedback from the sales calls.
• Supporting management and/or other departments with administrative tasks.
• Enter and update relevant information in databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service in a professional office environment and/or inside sales experience
• Data entry and computer software capabilities required.
• Consumer product experience a plus
• Wholesale experience a plus

This is a temporary part time position, with the expectation of working 20 hours per week for 6-8 weeks.
