We're Village Manor Retirement , and we're hiring a passionate full-time Director of Nursing to join our team in Hartland, MI!

WHAT WE OFFER:

Pay:

• $75,000-$85,000 salary

Schedule:

• 9 am- 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities

YOUR DAY AS OUR DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL CARE:

Staff Leadership: You will manage, supervise, and train the care services team, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to provide exceptional care.

Resident-Centered Care: You will directly manage the healthcare of all residents, continuously evaluating their needs and coordinating care plans with staff and families.

Operational Oversight: Your role includes scheduling staff, billing for services, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and updated. You'll also be on call 24/7 to provide support.

Quality Assurance: You will continuously evaluate processes and procedures to uphold the highest standards of care and ensure our assisted living community meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN/RN or BSN with current licensure
• 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
• 5+ years of experience in nursing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work as a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Longevity in previous roles
• Quick MAR knowledge
