A leading company in display component production is seeking an Associate ERP Solutions Developer to join our rapidly evolving IT team. We are in the midst of an exciting transformation, including a new ERP system implementation and the stabilization of our Radius platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the customization, configuration, and testing of modules within our new ERP system and existing applications.
- Support the integration efforts between the ERP system and other platforms under the guidance of senior developers.
- Perform routine maintenance, bug fixes, and system enhancements as directed.
- Participate in data migration and data validation activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate system issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides and system specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with IT team members and cross-functional business users to understand requirements and provide support.
- Learn and apply best practices for ERP development, coding standards, and system security.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, with exposure to ERP systems or enterprise applications.
- Foundational understanding of at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite).
- Basic proficiency with programming languages such as C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL querying.
- Eagerness to learn about system integration concepts and technologies (APIs, middleware).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite, with potential for more as needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience with ERP system customization or integration.
- Exposure to specific ERP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience supporting recently deployed systems or new software rollouts.
