Customer Service Representative

Duration: 12 months, Contract
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20 hourly

Job Summary:


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by addressing inquiries related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Your primary focus will be on maintaining exemplary customer relations, resolving claims and complaints in compliance with consumer laws, and contributing to initiatives that proactively inform and educate our customer base.



Training and Shift Details:


- Training Period (First 6 Weeks): Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST
- Post-Training Normal Shift: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM EST



Key Responsibilities:


- Provide outstanding customer service for sales, promotions, installations, and communication-related queries.
- Ensure all customer claims and complaints are handled fairly, effectively, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to educate and inform customers.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of improvement plans based on customer feedback and survey results.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery.



Role Requirements:


- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or related role.
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
- Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
- Competence in handling a variety of work routines within a well-structured environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of work routines and technical procedures relevant to the customer service discipline.
