We are seeking a highly charismatic, sociable, and outgoing individual to join our StartUP Team as a Marketing Strategist. The Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, collaborating with key community events and leaders, and supporting a cross-functional team to achieve our business objectives. Please note that this position does not involve Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. The primary responsibilities include face-to-face and direct marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Our Marketing and Promotions Strategist works under the direct supervision of our Director of Marketing and Sales. Roles and responsibilities include:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products or services, targeting key customer segments.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

· Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and ensure a consistent brand message.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and social media.

Requirements:

This is the perfect entry-level or current college student opportunity!

Our Marketing Strategist will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing/business development and,

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to naturally draw strangers
• Strong team building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
