Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in Lean methodologies, problem-solving tools, and CI principles.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste to drive cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives and project success.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma projects with measurable results
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
• Strong project management and change management skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation).
• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Background in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
