Key Responsibilities Include:

• Repair and Refurbish: Perform essential maintenance and repair on production and support equipment (covering electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems).

• Facility Upkeep: Handle building maintenance tasks, including electrical, structural, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.

• Preventative Power: Execute preventative maintenance to keep all equipment operating at peak performance.

• Fabrication: Safely operate fabrication equipment like drill presses, saws, mills, and an Arc welder.

• Problem Solver: Identify, specify, and order necessary repair or replacement parts.

• Troubleshooting: Proven ability to solve problems, get the job done, and minimize downtime.

• Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of industrial prints and diagrams.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Above average math and mechanical skills.

• Ability to operate a lift truck (forklift) (training provided).

• Commitment to safety and good housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Repair, refurbish, production and support equipment to manufacturers specification (electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC) as needed.
• Performs building maintenance (electrical, structural, plumbing, mechanical) as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on production and support equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
