Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems and related automation equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robots and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components, including servo motors, controllers, and end-effectors.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths, teach points, and adjust parameters for optimal performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed on robotic systems.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures while working with high-voltage machinery and moving robots.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming and ladder logic troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics for diagnosis and repair.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and integrating industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and troubleshooting network connectivity.
• Basic CAD/CAM software proficiency for interpreting designs or minor modifications.
