Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, external contractor services, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate and prioritize urgent repairs and breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, parts, and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience developing maintenance technicians.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and spare parts inventory management.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Lean manufacturing principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation, migration, or significant optimization projects
• Strong working knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation systems
