Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from concept to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those impacting production and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing context.
