Business Solutions Manager/Outside Sales

The Business Solutions Manager/Outside Sales serves as an advisor to develop and maintain client relationships. The transactions generated by this individual result in client engagements ranging from services related to business growth, technology implementation, productivity improvement, to organizational (culture) development.
- Works independently to actively pursue and generate sales leads, as well as develop and maintain client relationships.
- Gains understanding of client’s business and technical requirements.
- Develops proposals and supporting documents.
- Converts proposals to contracts and subsequent sales commitments.
- Responsible for contract confirmation, project kick-off, coordination, and introduction of delivery resources to the client, along with project tracking.
- Meets or exceeds sales goal targets.
- Networks with related industry organizations.

- Ability to pursue, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Capable of interacting with decision makers in manufacturing.
- Strong ability to work with the client to evaluate objectives and recommend business solutions and improvements with the goal of identifying opportunities for MMTC services.
- Ability to learn, understand, and promote MMTC product offerings.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc), Outlook, SharePoint and Salesforce.
