Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, including supplier audits.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide leadership, training, and development for the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 (or relevant industry-specific QMS) and quality methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
• Proficiency with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms
