Machine Operator Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

Machine Operator Assistants to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of corrugated converting machines.A successful Machine Operator Assistant is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented in all job tasks.

Machine Operator Assistant Qualifications:

• Assist in machine set-ups, including adjusting equipment settings and mounting printing plates and dies.

• Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings and functions.

• Review the daily production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing production to meet cost, quality, and service goals.

• Inspect incoming corrugated paper to confirm job order specifications and ensure quality standards.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Maintain accurate records of output, downtime, quality, and scrap.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and/or monthly preventive maintenance activities and submit maintenance work orders as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
