Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities within the manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and empower teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal value stream performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and optimize value streams to reduce lead times and waste.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
