Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and solve production issues.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with process simulation or advanced modeling software
• Familiarity with automation systems, robotics, or industrial IoT (IIoT) applications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
