Salary Range: $114,000 - $163,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product designs.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in resolving complex production and quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution of engineering initiatives.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize production operations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive data-driven problem-solving within a factory setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Siemens Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or advanced manufacturing automation.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
