IT Operations Coordinator, Workforce Transitions

KPMG is currently seeking an IT Operations Coordinator, Workforce Transitions to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all laptop and hardware purchasing orders for new hires and employees transitioning from contingent worker to full-time status
- Verify shipping addresses and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Act as the primary manager for the IT onboarding and offboarding queue within ServiceNow; identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within the onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Triage incoming tickets, assign tasks to the appropriate support teams, and monitor requests to ensure SLAs are met
- Coordinate the return of company assets from departing employees, including processing shipping orders and tracking returns
- Assist in the ongoing integration efforts between our internal ServiceNow platform and our primary service provider
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations focused role; experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms with a strong preference for ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, trend identification, and reporting to support process integrity
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail, particularly related to order processing and data verification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, internal teams, and external vendors.; ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively resolve issues
