Shipping Clerk Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing shipping policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
