Gramazon Brands is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cannabis Processing Team in Flint, Michigan!

• Position Overview

As a Cannabis Packager , you’ll help prepare and package cannabis products with speed, consistency, and precision . You’ll play an essential role in ensuring all products meet Gramazon’s quality standards and production goals. ✨

Key Responsibilities

• Package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates quickly and accurately

• ️ Label, seal, and organize finished products for inventory and shipment

• Maintain accurate tracking and production logs

• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment daily

• Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production quotas

• Adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-moving production setting

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized workspace

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background screening

• • ️ Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• • ️ Comfortable standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

• Previous cannabis or production experience is a plus, but not required
