Administrative Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members.
- Schedule and set up meetings; book rooms as needed.
- Order catering for meetings and events.
- Assist with booking hotels, parking vouchers, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate symposiums and events (100–150 attendees)
- Create flyers and assist with event materials
- Maintain calendars and meeting logistics
- Communicate effectively with the team and external partners.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
- Familiarity with a hospital or research setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Background in supporting research departments or scientific teams
Education/Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience within an office setting preferred.
