Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members.
  • Schedule and set up meetings; book rooms as needed.
  • Order catering for meetings and events.
  • Assist with booking hotels, parking vouchers, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate symposiums and events (100–150 attendees)
  • Create flyers and assist with event materials
  • Maintain calendars and meeting logistics
  • Communicate effectively with the team and external partners.

Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
  • Familiarity with a hospital or research setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Background in supporting research departments or scientific teams

Education/Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • One (1) year of experience within an office setting preferred.
