Mobility Sales Consultant
Role Overview
The Mobility Sales Consultant sells mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment by consulting with customers in-store and in the field. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, managing assigned leads, and delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.

Reports to: General Manager
No direct reports
Key Responsibilities
Sell new and used mobility vehicle conversions in line with sales goals
Consult with customers to assess needs and recommend mobility solutions
Sell adaptive equipment such as driving aids, scooter lifts, and accessories
Manage and close assigned leads using CRM tools
Prepare quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
Prepare vehicles for delivery and educate customers on features, warranties, and paperwork
Coordinate customer handoff to the service department
Attend sales training and occasional marketing events
Assist with moving vehicles between locations as needed
Stay current on new products, features, and technology
Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
Manual dexterity and visual attention required
Mostly indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure
Ability to travel between locations as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma (some college preferred)
3–5 years of sales or related experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
