Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each client receives prompt, courteous, and professional greeting & attention.
• Ensure the client’s needs are properly communicated, and understood.
• Develop accurate part quotes, and communicate the value offered to the client.
• Document authorizations and finalize billing & invoices.
• Maintain contact with clients, both internal and external and update status, progress, and changes.
• Maintain a positive business relationship with clients and encourage their repeat business and the desire the ensure their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive & mechanical understanding with the desire for personnel and professional growth.
• VW experience is beneficial
• Applicants are required to be punctual and reliable
• Applicants should be a “Team Player”, and focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multitask and computer skills are essential.
• Satisfactory driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening
