Our exclusively PPO & FFS (no HMO / no Medicaid) practice is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our patient-centered, high-performing clinical team.

Practice Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–3 PM
Patient Base: Long-established, expanding practice with immediate production opportunity
Volume: 16–20 patient visits per day
Compensation: Tiered, collections-based pay model + daily guarantee during ramp-up
Bonuses: Signing Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, and Retention Bonuses for multi-year commitments

Practice Environment & Technology

Enjoy a streamlined, three-column schedule engineered for efficiency and balance:

• Operative/Treatment: 5–7 procedures daily (Restorative, Surgical, Endo, Implants)

• Hygiene: Accelerated assisted hygiene (8–12 exams daily)

• New Patient / Overflow: 1–2 new patient exams per day, plus post-ops and emergencies

Facility & Equipment:

• 7 total operatories (3 hygiene, 2 fully equipped per doctor)

• Modern technology suite: digital pano, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, soft-tissue laser, implant motor, rotary endo

• All restorations are lab-fabricated — no milling units, no lab fees to doctors

• Dentrix PMS for charting, scheduling, and case presentation

• Supported by a strong business and clinical team: 1 Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator + 1 Front Office
