We are looking to hire Material Techs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts at our location in Warren/Sterling Heights, MI . Schedule:

• 1st shift:  Mon - Fri; 6:00am-2:00pm
• 2nd shift:  Mon - Fri; 2:00pm-10:00pm
• 3 rd shift:  Sun - Thu; 10:00pm-6:00am

***Saturday's are Mandatory if scheduled by our customer***

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received. Oversees the movement of material from receiving to controlled storage in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
• Monitors and measures team member performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers.
• Provides appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma. A college degree is preferred.
• Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
