We’re looking for a Caregiver Scheduler (Care Coordinator) to manage and optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, shift will fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hour dependent upon experience

Key aspects of the position include the following:
- Create and maintain caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
- Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
- Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
- Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
- Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Medical Assistant is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
- An active drivers license, vehicle insurance and registration is a must have - as you may need to visit client homes from time to time.
