We’re looking for a Caregiver Scheduler (Care Coordinator) to manage and optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, shift will fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hour dependent upon experience

Key aspects of the position include the following:

1. Create and maintain caregiver schedules
2. Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
3. Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
4. Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
5. Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

1. Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
2. Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Medical Assistant is highly preferred
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
6. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
7. Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
8. An active drivers license, vehicle insurance and registration is a must have - as you may need to visit client homes from time to time.
