Data Center, Owners Rep Project Manager
Job Description
Act as owner-side representative on active mission-critical data center projects, ensuring field execution aligns with schedule, scope, and commercial intent.
Oversee schedule execution and field progress, validating that reported status reflects real-world conditions through regular (often daily) site walks.
Coordinate across general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and key vendors to remove constraints and maintain momentum.
Identify execution risks early (sequencing, manpower, access, inspections, materials, trade stacking) and escalate with context, root cause, and recovery options.
Participate in site meetings, execution reviews, and issue-resolution discussions to support fast, informed owner decisions.
Maintain awareness of cost and schedule implications tied to field conditions, changes, and execution decisions.
