The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Welders. Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during welding operations.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to designs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Proven experience in welding various metals in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specialized welding techniques (e.g., TIG on exotic metals, orbital welding).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a production environment.
• Additional certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, specific material certifications).
