Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description
The part-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist reports to the Practice Manager or Lead Medical Assistant. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the high-performing healthcare team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.
The hours for this position are Monday & Friday 8:30am-5pm, possibly addition days.What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6 + months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required.
- Billingual (Spanish) preffered
- Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet.
