FULL TIME Patient Rehab Tech

Back to Health Chiropractic in Zeeland, MI is looking for a Chiropractic Patient Rehab Tech to join our growing team! This hands-on clinical role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, guiding them through rehabilitation and recovery using natural, drug-free methods.

About the Role

As a Rehab Tech , you’ll work closely with our therapists to help patients restore mobility, strength, and function. You’ll use a variety of techniques and modalities, including:

• Laser Therapy
• Shockwave Therapy
• Ultrasound
• IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
• Taping
• Decompression

Other Duties May Include:

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
• Assist with patient intake procedures, including X-rays, range of motion and updating medical records accurately
• Educate patients on post-acute care routines, mobility techniques, and safety protocols to promote optimal recovery outcomes
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate care plans for patients

Our therapies are 8-15 minutes each, so you will see a continuous flow of patients throughout the day. You’ll also support the office by assisting with scheduling, patient education, and providing an exceptional experience for everyone who visits our clinic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, and lift 5–15 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to demonstrate rehab exercises safely and effectively
