Receptionist Details:

• Temporary position
• $14.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 04:00pm )

• We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to manage our front desk operations.
• Professionally answer incoming calls, screen, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process customer payments accurately, handling cash, credit card, and other transactions.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for tire collections, ensuring clear communication and accurate scheduling
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail as required.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cashier or in handling financial transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
