Schedule: Variable; appointments at 11 am, 2 pm, and 5/6 pm
The Sales Closer is responsible for conducting in-home design consultations with qualified leads provided by RenovationsNow. This role focuses on closing high-ticket remodeling projects, including 5-day bathrooms and 21-day kitchens. All consultations occur face-to-face in customers’ homes and follow a defined sales process. This role has upside earnings.
Compensation:$175,000 - $300,000
Responsibilities:- Conduct 1-3 in-home sales appointments per day (2–3 hours each)
- Present and close full-scope bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects
- Follow RenovationsNow’s sales system, ethical standards, and compliance protocols
- Use CompanyCam and the RenovationsNow CRM to log, track, and update lead status in real time
- Present pitch and product samples, explain process and scope, and handle objections with confidence
- Handle pre-install order changes and customer questions, and ensure the customer is cared for
- Performance Expectations
- Close 30% or higher consistently
- Daily use of CRM and photo documentation via CompanyCam
- Maintain consistent weekly lead-to-sale conversion metrics
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching
- Provided: iPad, CompanyCam access, CRM login, product samples, branded gear, and needed software
- Required: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, mobile phone, professional appearance
