Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.
• Execute preventative maintenance, calibration, and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide timely technical support and conduct emergency repairs to minimize customer downtime.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in service reports.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies during all service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair.
• 3+ years of field service experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial control systems, including PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, or advanced automation platforms.
• Certification or experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Fluency in a second language relevant to client base (e.g., Spanish, German).
