Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and calibrations on machinery.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Travel extensively to various customer sites to deliver timely service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing machinery.
• Excellent customer service and technical communication skills for client interaction.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client manufacturing facilities.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, schematics, and industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) or HMI development.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex CAD drawings, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Certifications or experience with specific industrial automation platforms (e.g., robotics, vision systems, CNC controls).
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or proven experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially for international travel or diverse client interactions.
