Position Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the business lending team and all other business services that may be of benefit to improve the business members' financial life. Being an expert in business loan documentation, loan servicing, and loan due diligence is critical to the success of the role. Additionally, this role is the primary contact for all of the business members' loan servicing needs. This role is an individual contributor within the Credit Union

- Daily operations and support for Business members with a lending relationship. Including but not limited to daily phone calls, emails, payment questions, and loan servicing request.
- Once a loan decision is approved, prepare, process, and finalize the loan application and ensure that any necessary due diligence such as title, flood, appraisal, offer to lend, environmental, and other items are completed prior to any loan closing.
- Prepare, complete, and review all loan documents.
- Review closing documents with Loan Officer and/or Small Business Lenders and ensure all signatures and supporting documentation is included in the loan file to ensure loan packet is accurate.
- Ensure the funding of the loan is completed in a timely manner after the loan closing.
- Assist with the collection of annual due diligence requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for member centers and members needing support with their business loans.
- Assist with the coordination of membership account opening between Small Business lenders, Loan Officers, and new members. Ensure the funding of the loan is completed in a timely manner after the loan closing is completed.

- Thorough knowledge of financial industry including understanding business ownership structures.
- General understanding of Credit Union products and services
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to maintain professional and effective work relationships with other team members
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Demonstrated effective member relation skills (friendliness, tact and diplomacy)
- Understanding of State and Federal lending regulations
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, decision making and mathematical skills Personal computer skills including ability to use Word, Excel, as well as other software.
