This position works closely with the Resident Services Coordinator and Administrator to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality care delivery in compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications * Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred * Medical Assistant (MA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), CNA, or CENA with medication administration training considered * Ability to maintain required licenses, registrations, CPR, and First Aid certifications * Innovative, solution-focused approach to care and supervision * Ability to perform essential job functions physically and mentally Essential Functions * Follow and enforce company policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations * Communicate with family members, physicians, therapists, counselors, and service providers as needed * Communicate resident concerns and follow-up actions to the Resident Services Coordinator * Ensure residents are treated with kindness and respect * Protect residents from accidents and injuries and ensure safety during emergencies * Participate in employee performance evaluations * Supervise shift personnel and communicate staffing concerns to appropriate department managers * Process and follow up on physician and healthcare provider orders * Ensure compliance with physician orders and outside service provider protocols * Oversee resident records, charting, and required documentation * Participate in resident assessments and development of resident service plans * Ensure resident service plans are followed by all staff * Assist staff with new resident move-ins, including paperwork, vital signs, documentation, and general assimilation * Ensure safe handling, storage, and use of chemicals, cleaning products, and equipment * Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals of the living center
