Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a facility cleaner for multiple locations in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas

Shift available: days, evenings, weekends

Weekly hours: 30-40 hours

Pay is: $16 an hour (paid drive time between facility)

Location: Canton, Plymouth, Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti

Facilities: Medical, Schools, Churches, and Offices

Position Overview

As a Facility Cleaner, you’ll travel to multiple sites throughout the area to cover open shifts, call-offs, and vacations. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys evolving & adapting and staying on the move.

Cleaners in our company are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated! In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our customers. Your work makes a difference every day—helping people enjoy healthier, more comfortable environments.

What You Will Do

• Clean and Disinfect - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh - Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony - Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact - Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.

What We are Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic—experience is helpful but not required (we’ll train you!).
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted and be open to constructive feedback when there are areas that need more attention.
• Respond with urgency to any areas that need more attention as a result of an inspection.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Report any matter that goes against company policy or would harm the company.
• Respectful, professional, and team-oriented.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation to drive to Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Canton and Ypsilanti
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and flexible with schedule and location
