Office Assistant - Part Time
Part time Office Assistant needed for a busy manufacturing company on the South side of Grand Rapids.
25 to 30 hours a week
$17 per hour
Temp to permanent position
Responsibilities required of the Office Assistant:
- Entering orders into the system
- Invoicing clients, processing bills in QuickBooks
- Filling in at the front desk, filing, answering phones, and handling calls
- Various other duties such as filing, helping with projects as needed, etc.
Experience needed for the Office Assistant:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Professional, customer service-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
