Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for employees at all levels.
• Coach and mentor project teams and individuals in problem-solving techniques and successful project execution.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and effectiveness of CI initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across production lines and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC).
• Proven experience leading successful continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams to drive cultural change.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0) in process improvement.
• Proficiency in leveraging ERP/MES systems for data analysis and process optimization.
• Experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
