Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and equipment.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project outcomes and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services for project needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, production planning, supply chain)
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a production setting

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated experience leading automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
