Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the plant.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution for manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws, company policies, and support plant safety initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs, including onboarding, safety, and skills development for production teams.
• Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs, including shift differentials and overtime.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and talent development programs for the manufacturing workforce.
• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies for the manufacturing site.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies for a production-based workforce.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on human resources practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Experience managing HR in a unionized environment.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
