Job Summary

The Due Process Temporary position will perform various tasks to support the Due Process Team that involve assisting in updating policies and procedures, assist with formatting and design for department correspondences, organizing, creating and updating templates, assisting with daily auditing functions, and assisting with data entry. Provides clerical and administrative support as needed. Assist with development of department training materials and manuals. Assist with development, migration, and training of PCE Module for Provider Network.

Essential Functions

  • Produce routine documents and reports as needed.
  • Proofread materials for inaccuracies and errors. Makes corrections or returns to appropriate person to make corrections.
  • Maintain email and other communication with OCHN provider network as directed.
  • May be responsible for meeting coordination and set up.
  • Actual job functions will vary based on team assignment.

For Office of Due Process:

  • Assist in planning and facilitation of team meetings.
  • Assist in review and development of policy monitoring tools and practices.
  • Track and report on completion of due process notice audits.
  • Design and maintenance of team electronic file structure.
  • Creating, entering data with Smartsheets.
  • Scanning Appeal related documents.
  • Processing Subpoena & FOIA.
  • Creating PowerPoint Trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.
  • Current enrollment in an accredited college/university bachelor’s or master’s degree program, pursuing a degree in health education, training and development, workforce development, social work, public health, or closely related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • One year’s experience in office, administration, or customer service; preferred.

Job Specific Competencies/Skills:

  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Smartsheets, Power Bi
  • Proficiency with quickly learning and working within new software systems such as Learning Management Systems (example: Docebo).
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly effective interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to maintain tact and discretion during interactions with management, staff, and community members.

Additional Information

Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.):

  • Must have available means of transportation to and from OCHN and for required offsite meetings or site visits.
  • Must be available for trainings, meetings, and events which may occur outside of standard office hours.
  • Work performed primarily in an office environment.
  • Hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule occasionally available.
